

- All clients must be over the age of 18
- Clients must fill out the client consultation form to communicate any medical conditions or concerns prior to the session and keep the massage therapist informed of any changes. Upon booking your appointment you will be emailed a reminder to complete the consultation form, alternatively you can click here to complete the consultation form.
- The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse service to any client with a communicable disease, skin conditions, or other health concerns.
- The client is responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities to oils, lotions, or other products used during the massage session.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- By paying the deposit requested above you are in agreement of these terms and conditions.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice via email, telephone or message. If at least 24 hours notice is given, you may be able to transfer your appointment to a different date and/or time. No refunds will be given for missed appointments. If you fail to attend your appointment without a minimum of 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full.
- In the event your massage therapist needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to events outside of the therapists control, you will be offered the next available appointment, or a refund will be issued if you would prefer to cancel. Online booking deposits can take 5-10 working days to clear.
- When purchasing a block booking of treatments, please be advised that these bookings are non-refundable. I understand that circumstances can change, and I always aim to offer flexibility to my clients. Should you find yourself unable to use your block booking, I will be pleased to offer the option to transfer your purchase to a service of equivalent value within my offering.
