About Crystal Chakra Healing
Sometimes within ourselves, we just don’t feel “right”. Having off days is perfectly normal, but it’s sometimes hard to pinpoint the exact cause. Perhaps you have recently experienced difficulties and wish to restore a sense of calm.
Whatever we encounter in our day to day lives, affects us all in different ways and affects how we carry ourselves and interact with those around us. I offer healing sessions to try and re-boost your energy points/aura to find clarity and balance. There are so many chakras around the body, I help to heal the main 7 that run through our centre “parallel” to our spinal column.
Each crystal holds a different energy, and when used with the correct intentions, their healing qualities can be powerful. Crystals come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, meaning they work in different ways too. Often crystals can be put together in what is called a grid to assist with the sessions manifestation/goal, and in our session we will choose the crystals calling to you.
Typically, when we meet for your session, we will discuss what led you to book, your general routine, and I’ll explain a bit about my knowledge and answer any questions you may have.
During or after your session I will make some brief notes of my findings and encourage you to take home with you some basic skills to assist you until we meet again. It will also be beneficial for you to feedback to me to ensure we are focusing on the correct imbalance.

Do you use essential oils?
