About Aromatherapy Massage
Using the same techniques as a Swedish Massage, an aromatherapy massage uses essential oils. This option is great for an extra special experience.
Our skin absorbs all topical products, each essential oil holds a variety of health benefits.
We will discuss prior to your appointment what you require from your massage, I will then make a unique blend of oils just for you.
Organic massage base oils available with a range of health benefits:
- Argan oil; moisturises skin, helps with the appearance of stretch marks, contains vitamin E.
- Sunflower oil; good for dry or acne prone skin, anti-aging.
- Rapeseed oil; reduce the appearance of scars, contains antioxidants
- Jojoba oil; long lasting moisturiser, hydrating, lighter feeling
- Hemp seed oil; youthful glow, softens skin, naturally calming
- Coconut oil; can reduce the appearance of fine lines, help minor skin irritations

Is Aromatherapy massage right for me?
Smell is an incredibly strong sense, your skin is great for absorption, massage and oils have a huge range of health benefits. If you enjoy a relaxing massage, and like the idea of building your own essential oil blend suited to your likes and needs, this would be great for you.
Once we’ve discussed the aromas suited to me, can I change my mind?
Where possible I will blend the oils a few days in advance, this is recommended to allow the oils to infuse, work together and settle. Of course if you decide to change your mind with the oils chosen I can always make another blend or choose additional oils.
I loved the blend so much, where can I get it?
Each unique blend is created for you and your massage. To purchase more of your unique oil blend please send me a message.
Where will the massage take place?

Do you use essential oils?
I am a qualified aromatherapist and work very closely and carefully with essential oils. These are used when booking an aromatherapy massage. Click here to view my full range of essential oils.
Can I block book my massages for a reduced rate?
You can! Please contact me to discuss further.
I have areas I do not like to be massaged; can I alter my massage session?
Please do be open and tell me if there are any areas you feel less comfortable being massaged. I want you to feel relaxed and at ease, all my services are with you in mind.
I’ve never had a massage before, what can I expect?
The techniques used in my massage aims to be non-intrusive, widely referred to as “classic massage”. if you’re feeling unsure about anything, please feel free to contact me.
I have specific pain, can you help?
I always recommend consulting a GP or pharmacist if you have physical pain. Massage in many cases can relieve pain and discomfort. If you’re unsure, please contact me to discuss further.
